Nina Accetta-Dushaj

Founder and Managing Attorney

Attorney Nina Accetta-Dushaj is the founder of Accetta-Dushaj Law, PLLC, where she is dedicated to helping clients overcome legal challenges with skill and compassion.

    Nina completed her undergraduate degree at Walsh College, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. After passing the Michigan Bar Exam and being sworn into the State Bar of Michigan, Nina opened her own practice to provide personalized legal services to individuals and families across Michigan.

In addition to managing her private practice, Nina serves as a Staff Attorney with the Oakland County Clean Slate Program, where she has successfully represented clients in over 100 expungement hearings throughout Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties, helping remove felonies and misdemeanors from their criminal records. This experience has given her a unique understanding of Michigan’s Clean Slate law and a proven track record of helping clients achieve a true fresh start.

Nina’s practice also includes estate planning, probate administration and litigation, civil litigation, and traffic matters, where she applies the same level of dedication and attention to detail to protect her clients’ rights and interests.

She is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, Macomb Probate Bar Association, and Oakland County Bar Association.
