Michigan’s Clean Slate Act allows many individuals to have criminal convictions removed from their record. 
Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible to set aside:

Up to three Felony Convictions

Certain felony convictions are eligible for expungement subject to certain exceptions 

An Unlimited Number of Misdemeanors

Subject to certain exceptions

First Drunk Driving Conviction

First opertating while intoxicated (OWI) or drunk driving offense may be eligible for expungement

Multiple Convictions 

Multiple felony convictions arising from the same incident may also be eligible in some cases
